The town is small, but very quaint. Built around the old west and all the romance that goes with it. A street named "Wiskey Row" reflects the connection to the past.However it seems to be more of a tourist trap with its variety of gift shops selling old west souvenirs all made in China or Peru.
Still its a lovely place to visit. I'm sure if your growing up there its a place you can't wait to escape.
While we were there an Arts fair was going on in the town square. Lots of locals showed off their over priced tourist trap gifts, along with local Indian memorabilia. Strangely no Indians could be found. - Case...

Hi Precious! Yes, original Native American artifacts go for a high price of old enough. I like their newer stuff, pots & rugs, better quality, prettier, a good investment in LIVING artisans, wonderful art pieces. I only have three Navajo rugs, good ones for a fair price are few and far between! But I have a small collection of Native American pots, to die for, so gorgeous. I got them at first, because they would make very inspiring objects to paint in still lifes which I am planning on doing in my old age period. But they are so intoxicatingly beautiful I got a few more than I had originally planned, simply because I could get them at a very good price from LIVING artists. One of these days my little collection will double in value, and I will be certain to sell every single one of my still lifes of these particular spectacular objects! Of course, all for you in due course! I was thinking of reselling some of them too... probably will. Just got three "canteens" that I am sure I can resell for a fair price, here. There is no competition here! Already have folks asking about them. But I still have to price them all, so busy with our latest Hygenics Project (for you!), and then my Rotherham-NT. which is also a valuable endeavor I hope to see done soon too. Keep up your spirits in any way you can no matter what, there will always be plenty of negatives in our lives, with Satan knowing his time is short he has to plague us anyway he can think of: so be sure to fill up your life with plenty of positive distractions that make you at least momentarily happy, "get it while we can!" We are all "tried", to be "refined like fine gold" So KEEP the FAITH in Yahshua! It is Satan's imperative to confound our faith, so he will dish out whatever he can to trip us up, don't let him get the better of you!
